Our client will be looking to add to their driven and focused commercial team with a thriving and well-established Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role will entail the leadership of a team below them, overseeing the project as the lead surveyor and managing a number of high-risk packages from conception to completion. The role will be site-based in the West Sussex with a level of flexible working.

As the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will see the delivery of a £22m new build warehouse which will commence in Q1 in 2023 with set completion in late November 2023. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a forward-thinking market leader who values the growth and progression of their staff highly.
